- Questionnaire This is a Source Sought Notice to update or obtain market information to determine if the solicitation will be a set-aside to small business markets. NO SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED AT THIS TIME The requirement is for the testing of physical fitness capability for officer candidates. The NAIC code is 621999. To be considered a small business, revenue must be below $10,000,000 annually. The testing is to be conducted on an indoor/outdoor track with certified fitness evaluators on a national and at times worldwide basis. One or two testing facilities must be located within each of the 50 dstates, Candad (ports of entry, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and occasionally a worldwide location. To be considered in the decision for a small business set-aside decision, please complete the attached questionnaire and send to patricia.startzman@dhs.gov. A solicitation is being prepared to be issued within the next six months.
