- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H92237-12-Q-0102 Generator Service Kits is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. This acquisition is unrestricted for this procurement. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation: 0001 - DCA45SSIU4C generator service kits (Includes 18 Air Filters, 18 Oil Filters, 27 Fuel Filters) (15 ea.) 0002 - DCA45SSKU3C generator service kit (Includes 18 Air Filters, 18 Oil Filters, 9 Fuel Filters, 9 Fuel Filters/Separators) (15 ea.) 0003 - Shipping to Bagram Air Field APO AE 09354 (1 Lot) (Required delivery date is 20 Jan 2012) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items: Quotations will be evaluated based upon price and award made to the lowest priced responsible offeror.
