- This is a pre-solicitation notice for one (1) Biomedical Engineering Technologist (BMET) in the US Naval Hospital, Guam, Medical Repair Division. This requirement is prepared in accordance with FAR 13, 15, 36, AND 37.6. Restricted to small-businesses only. NAICS Code 541330. The contractor shall provide service to independently evaluate, maintain, and repair both medical and dental equipments utilized in the hospital in support of the treatment of patients, diagnosis of pathological conditions, and in biomedical research. The contractor may be required to perform in any assigned area of the hospital and its outer branch medical/dental clinics. Interested contractors may request a copy of the solicitation now by e-mail or fax only. No phone calls accepted. All contractors willing to do business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) database. For registration, visit their website at www.ccr.gov.
