- Set 2 of Frequently Asked Questions and Answers for BAA 12-04 Amendment 00002 to BAA 12-04 Conformed copy of BAA 12-04 through the issuance of Amendment 00002 A. The purpose of Amendment 00002 to BAA 12-04 is to perform the following actions: (1) revise the due dates for the submission of white papers and full proposals in the BAA, and (2) Provide to the vendor community Set 2 of the Frequently Asked and Answered Questions (FAQs) for BAA 12-04. A summary of Amendment's changes is attached (See Attachment Amendment 00002 to BAA 12-04). A conformed copy of the BAA that incorporates the Amendment's changes is also attached. (See Attachment BAA 12-04 WGAMF_Revised through A00002). Set 2 of the Frequently Asked Questions and Answers is also attached (See Attachment 12-04 Questions and Answer Set 2_Final) B. Except as emended herein, all other terms and conditions of the BAA remain in full force and effect.
