- It has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government to amend this solicitation. Solicitation W9127N-12-Q-0009 has been amended to add work into Contracting Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0009 and 0018. The work for these CLINs is detailed in the attached amendment. Offerors shall provide pricing for CLINs 0009 and 0018 on this amendment. The closing date and time has been extended to January 6, 2012, at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard time. The Sample Drawings of Units 5 and 11, EM385-1-1, Hazardous Energy Control Plan, Bidder Inquiry instructions for Projnet PDF documents are too large to post to FED BIZ OPS. Offerors that wish to have a copy of these PDF documents should e-mail their request to jean.p.bretz@usace.army.mil. All offerors are required to sign in Blocks 15A through 15C on the first page of ALL the SF 30 Amendment document and return the signed page with their final offer by the closing date and time.
