- The Small Business Administration, Office of Chief Financial Officer, Acquisition Division, on behalf of Office of Credit Risk Management intends to make a sole source award for SNL for Financial Institutions Unlimited Package to the following company: SNL Financial LLC, 1 SNL Plaza, Charlottesville, VA 22902-5233. The Sole Source determination is made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Affirmative responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. E.T. on December 20th, 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submittals may be forwarded electronically to: Agnieszka.Rysz@sba.gov and must reference number 2502010Q1002. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
