- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Comtech EFDATA Corp Item 0001 Hardware upgrade for UT4514 and DT4513 (1 lot); Item 0002 Labor to upgrade UT4514 and DT4513 (1 lot). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. Direct procurement questions via e-mail to: Belinda.santos@navy.mil.
