- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of Channel Bank Equipment as specified in the attached RFQ (Request for Quotation). The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order. All offers are due by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time (Oklahoma Time), on Friday, December 30, 2011. Quotes shall be submitted by e-mail to Katie Nguyen, at katie.c.nguyen@faa.gov. Please reference RFQ DTFAAC-12-R-01442 on your quote. This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals. Therefore any cost associated with the proposal submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This requirement is 100% set-aside for competition among small businesses. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. This business size standard for this NAICS is 500. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered and active for award with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov.
