- THIS SOLICIATIO IS BEING CANCELLED IN IT'S ENTIRETY AND WILL BE RESOLICITED UNDER SOLICIATION SPM4A5-12-Q-1022. THE REVISED CLOSING DATE 22 DEC 2011. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RESPONSED TO SPM4A5-11-R-1276 IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO RESPONSED TO THE NEW SOLICIATION. HOWEVER YOU MAY ENTER QUOTE IS DIBBS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. THE QUANTITY IS 9 EACH. The solicitation is being amended to remove the HUBZone Se-Aside Only. This solicitation is Full and Open. The new closing date is Nov 28, 2011. The soliciation will be availble on DIBBS Oct 28, 2011. NSN: 1660-01-048-9861,(21F),(F5), IAW Drawing NR 13873 010489861-05068 DUCT ASSEMBLY, AIR CONDITIONING-HEATING,PR 0027279817 Inspection and Acceptance Origin/FOB Origin; This is a HUBZone Set-Aside. Only offers from hubzone manufacturer or hubzone dealers furnishing a hubzone manufacturer's product will be considered". Procurement has a First Article test & Export control. DSCR currently has an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number. Delivery is 411 days after receipt of order. Configuration control applies. This is a Flight Safety Critical Item. Solicitation will be issued March 06, 2011, for a quantity of 12 each and close on April 06, 2011; the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM internet bid board system (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
