- The attached document provides directions to the Gila Bend AFAF, AZ facility. Amendment to presolicitation notice HM1575-12-T-0002. Response to questions: What is the cleanable square footage of the buildings? The cleanable square footage is 2,500 sq ft for building 326 and 1,500 for building 22. Who is the incumbent contractor? The incumbent contractor is Shine Services. What is the current contract number? The current contract number is HM1575-07-P-0009. Will emailed bids be accepted? Refer to the solicitation for bid response criteria. Is bonding required? Bonding is not required. Is there a mandatory pre-bid meeting? When/Where? The pre-bid site visit is highly recommended, but not mandatory. The pre-bid site visit will be held on 4 January 2012 at 0900 am. Contractors interested in attending need to provide this office with their company name, phone number, name of individuals attending and vehicle identification. Is this a "best value" or Firm Fixed Price bid? Refer to the solicitation for contract type. Where is Gila Bend AFAF located? Directions to the Gila Bend AFAF, AZ locations will be provided in an attachment to the solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued/posted to FedBizOps ( www.fbo.gov ) on or about the 28th of January 2012.
