- The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is requesting information from the industry regarding their interest in submitting a proposal for an Enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) for use by all Exchange Associates worldwide (43,740). LMS will centralize our current manual process and automate the learning function, assemble and deliver learning content rapidly, enable e-learning, competencies and collaboraticve learning.
