- 12/19/2011 Milwaukee VA Ref. only Project: AHU V-15 and AHU S-5 Replacement Project Ref. only Solicitation No. VA-69D-10-IB-0379 / AWARD # VA69D-C-0379 RFI - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY I am seeking input from the public on the definition of "Field Verification". Please define in your own terms what "Field Verification" means to you. Advise if you are an A/E (Architectural/Engineering) or Construction company. What performance expectations do you have when confronted with this requirement of "Field Verification". This is important information being requested and a final definition will be compiled and implemented into all future construction and A/E contracts. Your reply ASAP would be appreciated. The closing response date is 01/19/2012. Thank you for assisting the VA contracting office in clarifying the meaning of this term.
