- MICC - Center, Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Prevention Research Institute, Inc (PRI), Lexington, KY, for the PRIME for Life participant workbook Version Eight. PRI is the sole owner of the copyright for the PRIME for Life participant workbook version eight that is used for suicide prevention for the Army. Proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not b issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 10:00 AM, 22 December 2011.
