- NOTICE OF INTENT REQUEST # W81C5M1333241S The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to Summer Pyrotechnics Seminar, 100 Talbot Blvd, Chestertown, MD 21620. The contract will be for a comprehensive general pyrotechnics training to be held locally and includes laboratory classroom time. The contract will be for a seminar to be held January 9 - 12. 2012. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 03:00 PM, Eastern Time, December 21, 2011. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
