- The following Definite Quantity Type Contract is anticipated: Solicitation Number: SPM1C1-12-Q-0154 Coveralls, Utility, Foliage Green NSN: 8405-01-534-7452(s) 300 EA This will be a one-time buy with NO options. This procurement will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The item will be procured FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Applicable specification for the item is as follows: Coveralls, Utility, Foliage Green A-A-55316 dated 2 March 1998 Pattern Date: 17 August 2010 Production lead-time is 120 days after date of award with 1 delivery. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. First Article Testing will be required.
