- This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-08-G-A002 with L-3 Communications Westwood Corporation, Tano - EDI Division, 759 Hill Street, New Orleans, LA. This notice serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice of all repair orders issued for the period of present day through 23 SEP 2013 for the evaluation and/or repair of various electronic components used in console local operator stations manufactured/repaired by L-3 Tano. Orders issued under the BOA will be issued IAW USC 2304 (c)(1). The Government does not possess the data necessary to repair the items solicited hereunder from any source other than L-3 Tano.
