- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Leavenworth, 535 Kearney Avenue, Bldg 338, Blochberger Terrace, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027 intends to issue a solicitation to Construct a new maintenance garage across from existing garage. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220, garage and service station, commercial, construction contractors with a small business size standard not to exceed $33,500,000 gross annual receipts. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is Y1JZ, maintenance-repair-alteration/highways-roads-bridges. The place of contract performance is Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027. This is a total small business set-aside. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This project consists of constructing a new 30 X 40 stand alone garage to match existing garage already built on site, to include site work, foundation, concrete floor, concrete apron, wood framing, metal door lintels, wood sheathing, decking, vapor wrap, gable vents, brick veneer, CMU, metal roofing, soffit, fascia, gutter, down spouts, splash blocks, 3 ea garage doors, man door, hose bibb and 100 amp service to include 240/120 panel with 24 circuits, finished interior, interior/exterior lighting, and interior receptacles. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all required work to construct a new maintenance garage.
