- Sole Source Justification & Approval The Government awarded contract FA8823-12-C-0001 on a sole source basis to ARINC on 8 Dec 11. The previously posted J&A is attached. The performance period for the base task is 10 months and, if exercised, the optional task is 6 months. The contract will provide engineering/technical services to modify, document, integrate and test the ISOON telescope. In addition, the contractor will be required to relocate the telescope from Sacremento Peak at Sunspot NM to Kirtland AFB, NM and provide both organizational and depot level spares.
