- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a sole source modification to contractN65236-11-D-2122, which was awarded to M.C. Dean in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 on 03-Dec-2010 in the amount of $48.7M for a base year plus two options. The original services included technical surveillance of construction and construction personnel at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Campus East (NCE) facility. Original services also included security related engineering, technical, and life cycle support services inside the National Capital Region. The intended contract modification will not change the scope of services to be provided, but will add that these same services will also include work performed in Europe. The governments estimated demand for Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) personnel for this work in Europe is 25 CST3 positions, 10 CST2 positions, and 5 CST1 positions. The portion of the current ceiling estimated for the Europe work is $13M. N65236-11-D-2122 is a performance based indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity fixed price type contract. This modification will not increase the overall ceiling amount of the contract, with a total remaining value at time of modification estimated at $33M. The FSC Code is J058. The NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $27M. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
