- The Louis Stokes Department of Veterans Affairs (LSDVAMC) has a requirement for Administrative Burial Services for the Wade Park facilities. VA250-12-R-0666 will be issued on or about December 19, 2011 with a closing date on or about January 9, 2012. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial code (NAICS) for this procurement is 812210, size standard. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website (FBO) frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
