- DLA Energy: This is a bulk fuel intermodal container transportation requirement for JP5 from DFSP Star Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates (UAE); DFSP Rota, Rota, Spain; and/or DFSP Houston, Galena Park, Texas, USA to various Eastern and Western African ports. Delivery period for the 6,340 USG intermodal container transportation service items under Purchase Program 2.99 is from date of award through twelve (12) month period, plus two 12-month option periods. Estimated frequency of lifts is two (2) containers every month. This solicitation will be available only on the World Wide Web https://www.fbo.gov on or about January 3, 2012. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DLA Energy bid custodian before the closing date and time. Facsimile and e-mail offers are authorized, 703-767-0488 or BulkFuelsBidCustodian@dla.mil. The services under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
