- PRE-SOLICITATION - W91247-12-T-0018 SUBJECT: Vacant Quarters Maintenance (VQM) and Barracks Handover (BHO) Occupancy Changeover Cleaning (OCC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina The Mission Contracting Office - Fort Bragg (MCO-FB), Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Vacant Quarters Maintenance (VQM) and Barracks Handover (BHO) Occupancy Changeover Cleaning (OCC) services at Fort Bragg, NC. This procurement will be conducted as a service acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12, Commercial Items, and Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contract period consists of a 2-month base period with an option to extend up to 6 months. The contractor shall furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, transportation, supervision, quality control services, and any other items necessary for OCC. The required cleaning services include specific task areas which will be ordered as needed. Task Areas include Floor Maintenance, General Cleaning, and Pressure Washing. Performance locations and required services at those locations will be specified on Task Schedules, on a monthly basis. The requirement will be set aside Small business, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210, with a size standard of $33.5 Million. A Fixed Price (FP) Requirements contract is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-12-T-0018 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acqusition.army.mil/afsi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. The website may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitations will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the request for quote (RFQ) will be on or before 19 December, 2011.
