- The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is soliciting quotes for support for Crystal software located at 701 San Marco Boulevard. The maintenance renews 15 Business Objects Enterprise Pro licenses and 4 Crystal Reports Developer Named User licenses. This support includes telephone support Monday-Friday and upgrades. This support will run from 3 January 2012 to September 30th 2012. The contractor shall adhere to the specifications listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The NAICS code will be 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services, size standard is no more than $25,000,000. The FSC code will be L070 - Technical Representative Services/Automatic Data Processing Equipment, Software, Supplies and Support Equipment. This will be a 100% small business set aside. Solicitation W912EP 12-T-0008 will be posted on FedBizOpps. Offers will be due by 30 December 2011 at 12:00pm EST. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. The title of this solicitation will be "Crystal Reports Software Support". In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the CCR in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense CCR database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
