- Sole Source Justification The USPFO for Arizona anticipates awarding a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Laibe Corp. to provide spare and repair parts for the sustainment of previously procured Water Well Drilling Rig (WWDR) systems. These parts are required to be purchased immediately due to a decrease of mission capability of a deployed unit. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333120, The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
