- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY-This not a request for quotes or proposals! It is for informational purposes only. The information will be used to make informed acquisition decisions. Seeking small businesses capable of performing maintenance and testing of the fire alarm system and new mass notification system at Moncrief Army Community Hospital (MACH) at Fort Jackson, SC per the attached draft performance work statement. Note: The PWS may change prior to issuance of a formal solicitation. Contractor shall be competent in the field of fire alarm and mass notification maintenance and shall have a minimum of five years experience maintaining the type of equipment specified. Contractor personnel shall meet or exceed all requirements of the PWS. The government anticipates awarding a five year contract for subject requirement. All interested, qualified companies shall provide a capabilities package via email to the attention of the contract specialist. Packages shall contain a list of applicable contracts performed by the contractor. A user point of contact, phone number, email address, total contract amount etc shall be provided for each contract listed. All responses to this synopsis shall be received prior to 4:30 PM (ET) on 04 January 2012 in order to be considered.
