- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FROM: Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Organization: Arkansas National Guard Family Programs "Yellow Ribbon" Event: One-two day event for ADTII & 77th 60 Day Post Deployment Yellow Ribbon Event. This venue will be required for two days for the Service Members (SM) of ADTII & 77th and their families. 1. Purpose of Event: Conduct a two-day Post Deployment event away from home station for SM's and their families to provide information and guidance through the deployment process. This service provides Service Members and their Families answers to frequently asked questions concerning deployment from home station to theater of operation. 1.2Date and Time of Event: 4-5 February 2012 1.3Proposed Location of Event: Central Arkansas See Atttached STATEMENT OF WORK
