- Description
- Questions and Answers "Brand Name" in the solicitation is referring to a procurement term that refers to a specific item mentioned by name that no other substitute will fulfill the requirement stated. When we put "Brand Name" next to a drug, we are specifically looking for that drug. It has nothing to do with being a generic drug versus a brand name drug. Example: Doxycycline is a generic drug, the FBI is looking for this specific drug. Questions and answers have now been posted.
