- OC-ALC Design Standards Data item Descriptions Appendix D reliability centered maintenance Safety Statement of Work (SOW) Draft RFQ for side radome. We are posting a draft solicitation for industry review. Our intention is to let industry comment for th next five days, close comments and questions on 23Dec 2011 and post the final solicitation the last week of December. We understand many companies shut down over this period. Thus, when we do post the final solicitation we intend to keep it out until at least 31 Jan 2012. No responses are required on this draft solicitation but if you have questions or believe the governments technical criteria in 52.212-2 could be changed to enhance evaluation, we will entertain suggestions but may or may not adopt them. Attached is the draft solicitation and all documents we have available. We have had an adequate number of small businesses respond stating an interest to submi quotes; that the Small Business Administration has set this aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334515 size 500. It should be noted, there will be no progress payments. When a contract line item is delivered it may be billed in WAWF.
