Description

Justification & Approval The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Region IV Office, entered into a sole source purchase order with Public Storage to provide eight (8) off-site storage units to store excess furniture and equipment. The period of performance is January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 with two 1-year option periods. Notice of intent to enter into this sole source purchase order was published under notice RG4-12-015. See attached for Justification & Approval.
