- Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition This is a combined synopis/solicitation for USDA, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Agriculture Security Operations Center (ASOC), Software Renewal/Support for Trustwave Recovery. Quotes are being solicitated from small business resellers only that can provide all of the Trustwave maintenance listed on the USDA- ASOC, Trustwave Recovery Support- RFQ No. AG-3142-S-12-0011 attachment. No brand substitutions are allowed. Incomplete quotes will not be considered. Offerors must bid on all line items in order to be considered for award. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The resulting award will be firm fixed priced. Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 2:00PM ET to MonicaL.Taylor@dm.usda.gov. Offeror must submit signed SF1449 along with the quote. A technical point of contact will be provided at time of award.
