- Description
- First, you must have a vendor account in FBO - log on to https://www.fbo.gov/index, click on the green Vendors/Citizens section in the bottom right hand corner and sign up for an FBO account. While you can search for opportunities without a logon (as it states in red), you cannot view export controlled and/or secure documents without an FBO vendor login. This is free of charge. Next you must go to www.dlis.dla.mil to register your cage code. When you navigate to this website you will be on the JCP home page. At the bottom of the page there is a link to a DD2345 (with red block next to it). Click on the block, populate with all the appropriate information, print and mail to the address identified on the form. This is FREE of charge. After they receive your form in the mail you will get an email, you MUST respond to that email before the approval to view export controlled/explicit access will be given to you in FBO. Once approval is given (you should receive an email stating approval has been granted) you will get access to the locked documents on FBO. Please contact 1-866-606-8220, and select number for FBO help if you are unable to view documents after you have completed the above steps. If you call this number the FBO help desk should be able to inform you 1) if you have an FBO account set up already for your company and 2) if your company has had their cage code approved through JCP.
