- The federal government seeks a firm, fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment for bulk deliveries of Diesel Fuel #2 (off-road, low-sulfur, red dyed) from date of award through 30 September 2012. Over the course of the contract an estimated 22,000 gallons are to be top-loaded into Heavy Equipment Military Tank Trucks (HEMTTs) with a 2,500 gallon capacity at the Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. The first delivery of approximately 4,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel #2 will be coordinated by the Government Point of Contact at that site. Fuel deliveries may be required on Saturday. There will be no deliveries on Sunday or on Federal Holidays. The Government Point of Contract will place additional requests for deliveries 48 hours in advance. The Government requires vendor registration in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Register at www.ccr.gov. The vendor is required to process invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Training for WAWF can be found free of charge at https:/wawftraining.eb.mil and vendor must register for an account at https://wawf.eb.mil before processing any invoices.
