- This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for commercial services prepared In Accordance With (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12.6, 13.5, and 19.14 Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6890912Q1007 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular through 2001-27 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20111207. This is a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside (FAR 52.219-27) procurement on a Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-Of-Effort (FFP LOE) basis. The primary NAICS is 541512 with a Size Standard of $25 million. The procurement is for the non-personal technical, test and engineering support services required by MCTSSA for the fulfillment of the Marine Air Command and Control Systems (MACCS) Project responsibilities related to the MCTSSA MACCS Sustainment Program. The intent of this effort is to provide continued technical support to the MACCS, including: Integration and Platform testing and System Testing, analysis, evaluating software and hardware, fielding and training to the operating forces, and review of all supporting documentation for the MACCS to be delivered to Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), MCB Camp Pendleton, CA.
