Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Ft Peck Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Nemont Telephone Cooperative. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. The requirement is for a contractor to provide telephone and fax land lines for the agency. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Nemont Telephone Cooperative. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirement in the same geographic area, it may submit a statement of capabilities, list of supporting services, and quotation/estimate for rates. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via mail, facsimile, or email. Verifications of receipt of responses are the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responsive statements are received by December 27, 2011 at 12:00 pm MDT, an award shall be made to Nemont Telephone Cooperative.
