- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Stanislaus National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at the Stanislaus National Forest Supervisor's Office complex located at 19777 Greenley Road, Sonora, CA, 95370. The areas to be cleaned total approximately 28,000 square feet. The RFQ/Solicitation was posted to this website on December 20, 2011, and a pre-quote site visit will be held. For details, please see the solicitation. The contract will be awarded for an estimated base period of January 17, 2012, through December 31, 2012 with two one-year options that the Government may elect to exercise. If the Government elects to exercise all options, the contract period of performance is estimated to end December 31, 2014. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business NAICS Code 561720, Size standard $16.5 Million. Except where noted in the solicitation, the contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial services for this location. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet the agency or relevant industry performance standards and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program (FB4P). In accordance with FAR 4.1102 (a), prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) prior to award of a contract.
