- Notice seeking additional sources or products For Case Assembly, Bomb Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, OO-ALC/GHGKA PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION This is a Notice seeking additional sources or products, to be used for preliminary planning purposes and to allow potential source to become qualified as a source. This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources possessing the engineering and manufacturing knowledge for the Case Assembly, Bomb (BLU-113 Bomb for the GBU-28 System/LARC-MY38/PAACS/Empty Case for the BLU-113 Bomb) DODIC: MY38. No proposal is requested or accepted from synopsis. This is not a solicitation for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. However a solicitation is in the planning stage and will be released in the near future. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command, OO-ALC/GHGKA, Hill AFB is conducting a market survey for the following requirement; National Stock Number Part Number 1325-01-394-1858 9331412-001 INSTRUCTION Provide relevant experience to include performing engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and testing of similar Case Assembly, Bomb in the last 5 years. Company Profile will include the following: A. Number of employees. B. Office Location C. CAGE Code D. DUNS Number E. Small Business designation/status claimed No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The Government has technical data to provide to potential offerors upon request. Offerors must possess or gain access to all appropriate data. Interested offerors shall respond to this Notice seeking additional sources or products no later than 3:00 PM 8 Jan 2012.
