- Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation SPM4A612-R-1010 will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on December 21, 2011. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. A paper copy of the Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Amendment No. 1 is being issued to change the solicitation from a 100% small business set aside to an unrestricted procurement. Amendment No. 1 will be issued on December 21, 2011, close on January 4, 2012, and is anticipated for award on January 24, 2012.
