- Description
- Approved Justification and Approval for Preventive Maintenance of the XS-1000i-AL Advanced Hemotology Diagnostic Analyzer. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, reagents, transportation, and any other items or service necessary for maintenance of one Sysmex Automated Hematology Analyzer. The instrumentation will be maintained in Building 559, Room A214, Clinical Laboratory, located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI. The contractor must comply with current National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, and all Environment and Safety codes, laws, and regulations. The contractor will provide to perform 25 total tests per day not to exceed (NTE) the pricing per a Federal Supply Schedule cost per test pre-determined pricing schedule. This will allow for the most competitive pricing, given the estimated daily volume of tests performed. The contractor will also provide all labor, material, transportation, parts and software upgrades to maintain performance and manufacturer specifications for the SYSMEX, XS-1000i-AL Automated Hematology Analyzer, #64669. An extended warranty for the duration of this contract will also be included. The base period of performance will be from16th December 2011 to 15 December 2012.
