- Sign-in sheet from the Site Visit for FTR251 on 19 Dec 11, Building 662 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK NOTE: There will be a second site visit on Thursday, 22 December 2011 at 1300 Alaska Time, at Building 662 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (former Fort Richardson side of the joint base). We will meet at Building 662 for the site visit - if you need access to the base, please send an email to kathy.wooldridge@usace.army.mil no later than 1600 Alaska Time on 21 Dec 2011. There will be NO questions answered during the site visit, but access will be allowed into one of the buildings set for demolition at the project site and questions may then be submitted via ProjNet until 30 December 2011, 1600 Alaska Time. For this site visit, each firm is limited to 2 attendees.
