- This is a presolicitation synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested to provide medial gas cylinder rental and refills at NF/SG VA Medical Center Gainesville, FL 32608. A written solicitation will be issued December 20, 2011. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written proposals for RFQ VA248-12-Q-0523. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d) and in accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006, this procurement is a competitive total set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 325120 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. NOTE: The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, vendors shall submit the most favorable terms. Small businesses, especially woman-owned small businesses are encouraged to contact their nearest Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) if assistance is needed in preparing their quote. The offeror is responsible to monitor and download any amendments pertaining to this solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration and in accordance with FAR 2.101, prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the applicable NAICS.
