- Dynetics Technical Services, Inc. (DTS) is issuing a Notice of Intent to advertisea NASA Emergency as a Sole Source Procurement, Without Discussion, Request for Quote(RFQ). Continued Concurrent Computer Corp. hardware maintenance only, no Or Equal orsubstitutions will be acceptable. Ongoing maintenance is needed to support the MarshallInformation Technology Services (MITS) contract. This NASA project is managed at MarshallSpace Flight Center (MSFC), AL. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per theattached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and are located in the attached files. Thisincludes the RFQ, the Representations and Certifications, which need to be completed andreturned with your offer. Dynetics Inc. Terms and Conditions will apply unless the offerproposed is GSA pricing or if the Terms and Conditions of the original MaintenanceAgreement will govern, in which case DTS Reps and Certs nor Terms and Conditions willapply to this award. Interested vendors have three (3) days from/including thepublication date of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their proposal to the undersigned at theInternet Address or fax number listed below. All uploaded attachments must be completedand are considered a part of the RFQ. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor thissite for the release of solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without therequired information will be considered non-responsive to the Synopsis/RFQ. Oralcommunications or discussions of any kind are not acceptable in response to thisSynopsis/RFQ. This requirement is for Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) whichmust meet the accessibility standards established by Section 508 of the RehabilitationAct of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 7941). The specific Technical Standards that apply will beidentified in the solicitation. In responding to any solicitation subsequent to thissynopsis, you must state if the products offered meet the identified Technical Standards.Additional information regarding Section 508 can be obtained from the General ServicesAdministration at http://www.section508.gov/ or from the Dynetics Inc. point of contactidentified in this announcement.
