- Evaluation Criteria Request For Quote The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is requesting a quote for Comprehensive Counseling Services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award this contract under the terms and conditions stated in the attached request for quote (RFQ). The Government anticipates a firm fixed labor hour award will be made to the vendor whose quote represents the best overall value to the Government. Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-2. In determining which vendor represents the best overall value, CSOSA will consider three (3) factors: •Technical Approach •Past Performance •Price Please refer to the attached solicitation to assist you in developing your quote. Written quotes shall be submitted no later than January 13, 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Your quote should be submitted to CSOSA, Office of Procurement, 633 Indiana Avenue Room 892 NW Washington D.C. 20004. Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall cite the solicitation number and be directed to the Contract Specialist, Allen A. Tillman II, via email at allen.tillman@csosa.gov. All questions shall be submitted no later than December 30, 2011 at 3:00 PM EST. Any response provided by the Government in response to such questions may be forwarded to all potential vendors, if appropriate, as determined by the Contracting Officer. Please note that this request does not commit CSOSA to pay any proposal preparation costs, nor does it obligate CSOSA to award any contract. Also, the full, accurate, and complete information is required by this request in accordance with U.S.C. 1001. We thank you for your interest and look forward to receiving your quote.
