- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Motorola XTS5000 Model 1 Motorola IMPRESS Battery Chargers Motorola IMPRESS Batteries Swivel Leather Case Items shall be built in accordance with, and shall meet the performance criteria as specified in the manufacturer's drawings and specifications. These drawings and specifications shall be made available to the Government during the life of the contract.
