- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source deliverable for the Non-recurring (NRE) tasks associated with incorporation of Government Furnished Information into the Depot Level Structure Repair Manual (SRM) with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) of Stratford, CT. This NRE effort will be awarded under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) contract N00019-08-G-0010. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft. Numbered Note 22 applies.
