- W913FT-12-T-0013 This requirement is for one (1) aviation fuel truck and operator service for a period of one twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months each at Apiay Air Base in Villavicencio, Colombia. This requirement is for the United States Military Group (USMILGP), Colombia. Pre-solicitation Synopsis The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for one (1) aviation fuel truck and operator service for a period of one twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months each at Apiay Air Base in Villavicencio, Colombia. This requirement is in the country of Colombia, and the contractor shall abide by Colombian laws. By submitting a proposal the contractor shall guarantee that they have everything in place to complete the project to satisfaction. All equipment, materials, labor, licenses, warranties, and insurances are the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor will also be responsible for all shipping and customs clearance for any materials/equipment imported into Colombia. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The estimated solicitation posting on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website will be 20 December 2011. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
