- Description
- DLA Troop Support intends to enter into a "no-cost contract" with one (1) data tracking company. Said contract would obligate DLA Troop Support to provide raw Government sales and market data concerning its Subsistence Prime Vendor contracts to the awardee at no cost along with the exclusive right to generate sales and market data reports that may unilaterally be sold by the awardee to certain third parties for a fee that is identified within the terms of this contract. In exchange, the awardee is obligated to provide DLA Troop Support unlimited access to the sales and market data reports at no cost. The data contained in these reports is necessary to track, analyze and audit the effictiveness of the current NAPA and MPA programs and provides a means for tracking MPA sales and capturing all allowances due the to the government.
