- The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis with Raytheon Electronic Systems, 2501 W. University McKinney, TX 75071 to standup of an organic depot maintenance facility. The contractor will design, manufacture, and install the test equipment to be used to stand up an organic depot level repair capability for the MTS-A and MTS-B at FRCSE Jacksonville. Raytheon is the exclusive MTS developer and possesses proprietary rights to the technical data to support this requirement. No solicitation will be available at FedBizOpps and at NECO and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, etc., which shall be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No phone inquiries will be entertained. Responses shall be made in writing by e-mail, U.S. mail or facsimile to the attention of Rebecca Washington or Derek Devine, using the contact information provided in this synopsis.
