- NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE-SOURCE:The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA); Transportation Safety Institute/Traffic Safety Division, proposes to acquire by single source acquisition, a facilitator to assist the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) National Center for Statistics and Analysis (NCSA) National Driver's Registry and Traffic Records Division (NDR&TR) in coordinating and conducting State Traffic Records Assessments. The FAA intends to award to Joan Vecchi Consulting of Littleton, CO for the required services. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
