- GTMO Entry Clearance DIACAP Checklist COMMON ACCESS CARD/CONTRACTOR/BUSINESS PASS APPLICATION SF85P GTMO INFO ASSURANCE SUPT SITE ASSESSMENT NCTAMSLANT DET GTMO is requesting a Source Sought Sypnosis to determine if a contractor will be able to perform the services as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The requirement is for services to meet IA standards to obtain an Authorization to Operate and Authorization to connect to DISN network via DET GTMO Central office Switch. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall assess NAVBASE GTMO voice network to include voice switches (one end office and four PBX), remote units, voicemail, billing systems, handsets, STE phones, switches, remote units, trunks, FAX, SIPRNET telephony peripherals, all associated Promina equipment, modems, telephony server, crytological equipment associated with base telephony, OTM Optivity Telephone Manager, DMX fiber ring equipment, moral minder server, and conference bridge server. Contractor proposals shall include names and qualifications of personnel who will be assigned to the project; paragraph 14 refers. The contractor shall develop a DIACAP package to obtain Navy ATO and DISA ATC for the voice network. Government entities in support of this tasking includes, but not limited to, NAVBASE GTMO, NCTAMS LANT Det GTMO, NCTAMS LANT, CYBERFOR, Navy Certifying Authority (CA), Navy Operational Designated Approval Authority (ODAA), and DISA Connection Approval Office (CAO). Non-government entity's the contractor may interact with is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Nortel. ALL REQUIREMENTS -Per the Statement of Work (SOW). 52.323-19. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR: FUNDING PROVIDED HEREUNDER FOR ACRN: (AA) IS SUBJECT TO THE CONTINUING RESOLUTION ACTS, IF ANY, AND THE FINAL FY-2012 APPROPRIATIONS ACT PASSED BY US CONGRESS. THIS FUNDING IS RELEASED FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME COVERED BY THE CONTINUING RESOLUTION ACT (CRA) IN AN AMOUNT PROPORTIONATE TO THE PERIOD OF TIME COVERED BY THE CRA. UPON APPROVAL OF FURTHER CRA'S IF ANY, FUNDING IS RELEASED FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME COVERED BY THE ADDITIONAL CRA(S). THE FUNDING BECOMES FULLY AVAILABLE UPON PASSAGE OF THE FY-2012 APPROPRIATION ACT.
