- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each chamber: 18" diameter x 10" High SS Bell Jar (Includes Eye Bolt) and 18" Basewell which will include (7) NW40 Ports and (1) NW50 Port, 1 each Pumping/Frame: The system will be mounted on an Aluminum frame with castors. The chamber will be pumped by an 80 1/s dry turbo pumping station. The foreline will include a normally closed valve for power failure. A Manual vent valve will be included on the chamber, 1 each Feedthroughs: (1) 32-pin feedthrough, Air side connector, vacuum side connector, contacts and wire for 3' on vacuum and air side, (2) single LN2 feedthroughs and (1) NW50 12-pin, 16 AMP Feedthrough. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16 th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
